In his career spanning 12 years in the higher educational domain, and 2 years as a Divisional Officer (Friend Philosopher and Guide for the NDA Cadets), he had ample opportunities to deeply interact with young students. One of his observations during this period was that many of the youth did not get proper guidance and support in choosing a right career most suitable for them. he qualified for selection in the Indian Air Force through the stringent UPSC Combined Defense Services Examination. he further cleared the extremely competitive Services Selection Board (SSB)screening and was 1st in merit out of the candidates who could finally join the training course after medical fitness for the Flying Branch in the Air Force. While in the AF, he enrolled for the Part-Time MBA program of Pune University and qualified as an MBA in Personnel. During his tenure as a Dean of the Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship and Leadership (iFEEL), he pursued his PhD and completed the same in March 2022. he moved on from iFEEL in 2023 with a view to starting his own venture. his passion for education, learning and keenness to inspire, motivate and guide students led me to enroll for the Edumilestones Career Counseling Analyst Certificate Course. he found the learning experience with Edumilestones very effective and interesting. he passed the certification with excellent marks thus adding another feather in my cap! he passionately feels that his educational and service background along with his zeal for excellence would make me a valuable resource for students and working professionals alike. His approach to counselling would be empathetic and focused towards the long-term success and growth for his clients.
